Clear guidance before you book, during your visit, and after your care

DripToGo provides appointment-based mobile medical support across Bali, bringing licensed healthcare professionals directly to your hotel, villa, or private residence. This page is designed to help you understand how the service works, what to expect, and what you may wish to prepare before your visit.

Care That Comes to You

When you are unwell or prefer to receive care in a more private setting, treatment at your accommodation can feel easier and more convenient. DripToGo is designed to help make that possible through coordinated mobile medical support in a calm and comfortable environment.

Our services are intended for non-emergency situations and are provided through scheduled visits by licensed healthcare professionals. Every case is reviewed individually, and recommendations are based on the patient’s condition and overall suitability for accommodation-based care.

How DripToGo Works

Reach Out — Contact us by WhatsApp with your symptoms, location, and preferred time.
Medical Review — Our team will review your condition and help guide you toward the most suitable service or next step.
Visit Confirmation — Once confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate mobile medical team to come to you.
Receive Care in Comfort — Treatment is provided at your hotel, villa, or private residence, based on clinical assessment and service suitability.

What to Expect

During the visit, the healthcare professional may:

  • review your symptoms and relevant medical history
  • assess your current condition
  • explain the recommended treatment or service plan
  • provide the agreed care at your location
  • give aftercare advice or follow-up recommendations when needed

For IV therapy and similar services, the total visit often takes around 45 to 60 minutes, although timing may vary depending on the type of care provided.

Before Your Appointment

To help the visit run smoothly, patients may wish to prepare:

  • a clear accommodation address or pinned location
  • a local contact number or WhatsApp number
  • a comfortable space to receive care
  • a list of current medications, if relevant
  • any known allergies or important medical history
  • passport or identification, if needed for registration

If you are staying in a hotel or villa, it may also help to inform reception or staff that a medical visit has been arranged.

Choosing the Right Service

Patients are not expected to diagnose themselves before contacting us. Some already know which service they are looking for, while others simply reach out with symptoms and ask for guidance.

Where appropriate, our team can help direct you toward a suitable option based on your symptoms and circumstances. Final recommendations remain subject to clinical assessment and service suitability.

When to Seek Urgent Medical Attention

Patients should seek immediate medical attention at the nearest hospital or emergency department if they experience symptoms such as:

  • difficulty breathing
  • chest pain
  • confusion or reduced consciousness
  • seizures
  • severe dehydration with inability to keep fluids down
  • heavy bleeding
  • severe allergic reactions
  • sudden weakness, collapse, or other rapidly worsening symptoms

If there is concern that the situation may be urgent, hospital assessment should not be delayed.

Aftercare and Follow-Up

After your visit, the attending healthcare professional may provide advice regarding rest, hydration, medications, follow-up care, or whether further medical review is recommended.

Some patients improve with a single visit, while others may be advised to seek additional review, testing, or referral depending on their symptoms and clinical progress.
