What This May Help With
This service may be suitable for selected non-emergency ear concerns such as:
- earwax build-up or blocked ear sensation
- mild ear discomfort or fullness
- reduced hearing suspected to be related to wax
- ear concerns after swimming, surfing, or diving
- selected ear conditions requiring basic assessment and supportive care
Assessment & Care
- You may contact our call center to describe your symptoms and arrange the visit. Our team will prepare the appropriate equipment based on your concern.
- During the visit, the ear may be examined using a manual or digital otoscope. When a digital otoscope is used, patients may also be able to view the condition of the ear during the assessment.
- For selected cases, earwax-related concerns may be managed with ear irrigation when considered appropriate and safe after assessment. When needed, selected medication or supportive care may also be provided.
Service Scope
This service is intended for ear conditions that can be safely assessed and managed in a mobile setting. If a condition requires ENT evaluation or more advanced treatment, appropriate referral may be advised.
Important Information
- This is a non-emergency medical service. For severe ear pain, significant bleeding, major trauma, sudden hearing loss, or other urgent symptoms, patients should seek prompt medical care.
- In selected cases, supporting documents such as invoices or treatment summaries may be available for insurance purposes when appropriate. Medical certificates are only issued when doctor assessment is involved. Claim approval remains subject to each insurer’s policy.
