Wound Care & Minor Wound Treatment
Professional wound care at your villa, hotel, or home
DripToGo provides mobile wound care for selected minor wounds and follow-up treatment, with doctor or nurse support depending on the patient’s condition and care needs.
Proper wound care is not only about covering a wound, but also about cleaning, protecting, and helping reduce the risk of infection. Our service is designed for selected cases that can be safely managed in a mobile setting.
What This May Help With
This service may be suitable for selected cases such as:
- minor cuts and lacerations
- abrasions and superficial wounds
- dressing changes and follow-up wound care
- selected wounds that may require suturing when appropriate
- wounds that may need infection prevention support
- dirty or higher-risk wounds where tetanus vaccination may be considered
Service suitability depends on the type, depth, location, and condition of the wound.
How It Works
- You may contact our call center to describe the wound, location, and preferred timing. Our team will review the request and prepare the appropriate equipment and supplies based on the type of injury.
- During the visit, the wound will be assessed and the recommended treatment explained. Care may include wound cleaning, dressing, follow-up wound care, selected minor wound treatment, and consideration of tetanus vaccination when appropriate.
- Advice on wound care, infection prevention, and follow-up needs will also be provided.
Service Scope & Clinical Support
This service is intended for wounds that can be safely assessed and managed in a mobile setting. Depending on the wound and the type of care required, treatment may be provided by a doctor or a nurse.
Some cases may only require cleaning, dressing, and follow-up care, while others may require doctor assessment for minor wound treatment or suturing when appropriate.
If the wound is beyond the scope of mobile treatment, referral to the most appropriate healthcare facility may be advised.
Important Information
- This is a non-emergency medical service. For severe bleeding, major trauma, extensive lacerations, suspected fractures, or other urgent injuries, patients should seek emergency care immediately.
- In selected cases, supporting documents such as invoices or treatment summaries may be available for insurance purposes when appropriate. Medical certificates are only issued when doctor assessment is involved. Claim approval remains subject to each insurer’s policy.
