- If needed, a doctor assessment may be recommended prior to vaccination to help ensure suitability.
- Once confirmed, our team will visit your location to administer the vaccine and provide appropriate post-care advice.
Booking & Availability
Some vaccines may require prior booking and availability confirmation before the visit. In most cases, vaccines other than rabies and tetanus are arranged by appointment and may not be available on short notice.
Patients are encouraged to contact our call center in advance so our team can confirm availability and prepare the appropriate service. If you require a vaccine not listed in our available options, our team can also assist with further enquiries and arrangements.

- Vaccine suitability depends on the patient’s condition, indication, and current availability.
- Supporting documents may be available in selected cases for insurance purposes when appropriate. Medical certificates are only issued when doctor assessment is involved. Claim approval remains subject to each insurer’s policy.
