Doctor On Call

Professional doctor home visits to your villa, hotel, or home

DripToGo brings doctor-led medical care directly to your location, offering timely assessment and selected treatment for non-emergency concerns in a setting that feels more comfortable, private, and convenient.

When you are feeling unwell, going out for medical care is not always the easiest option. Our Doctor On Call service allows a doctor and medical team to come to you, providing practical mobile care tailored to your condition and needs.

What This May Help With

Doctor On Call may be suitable for selected non-emergency concerns such as:

  • fever and flu-like symptoms
  • cough, sore throat, and general respiratory complaints
  • nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or stomach discomfort
  • dehydration, fatigue, and reduced oral intake
  • ear-related concerns
  • minor wound care and selected wound treatment
  • general medical assessment when feeling unwell
  • selected diagnostic lab testing when appropriate

How It Works

  1. You may contact our call center to share the patient’s symptoms, location, and preferred timing. Our team will review the request and arrange the visit based on availability and suitability.
  2. If your location is nearby and a team is available, arrival is often possible within approximately 30 to 60 minutes, depending on distance and conditions.
  3. During the visit, the doctor will assess the patient, provide appropriate treatment when needed, and advise on next steps, including home care, follow-up, or referral if required.

Service Scope

Doctor On Call is designed for conditions that can be appropriately assessed and managed outside of a healthcare facility.
Treatment is limited to what can be safely provided in a mobile medical setting. If a condition requires more advanced care, monitoring, or facility-based treatment, appropriate referral may be advised.

Important Information
  • Doctor On Call is a non-emergency medical service. For severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, loss of consciousness, heavy bleeding, seizures, major trauma, or other emergency conditions, patients should seek emergency care immediately.
  • In selected cases, supporting documents such as a medical certificate, treatment summary, invoice, or other relevant documentation may be available for insurance purposes when appropriate. Claim approval remains subject to each insurer’s policy.
